百式経由で面白いモノを見つけた。 SkinnySongs.comというサイト。

ダイエットに効く歌。とは言っても、別にそれを効いているだけで痩せるとか、そういう、うさん臭いモノじゃない。簡単に言えば、ダイエットに対する意識を高める歌とでも言えばいいのかな。

キャッチーな曲に載せて、ダイエットをしたらいかに素晴らしいかを歌っている。いつも、 これを知らずに知らずのうちに口ずさんでいたら、それなりにいつでもダイエットに対するモチベーションをキープ出来そう。

top pageでは、”I’m A Hottie Now”を聞くことが出来るし、実は、全部で10曲のAlbumもあったりする。

個人的には、かなり良いアイディアだと思うんだけどな。でも、なんか、日本人のオバサンこれを口ずさみながら、日々生活しているトコロを想像すると、結構 ウケるけど、なぜか、アメリカのちょっと元気があるオバサンがこれを歌いながら、家事とかエクササイズをしている姿とか、すごく想像できてウケる。

日本語版とかあればヒットしそうじゃない？森三中（特に黒沢）とかを起用して、実際のダイエットのドキュメンタリーも制作してタイアップする感じで。

ちなみに、”I’m A Hottie Now”の歌詞はこんな感じ。
